This year, instead of going to extremes to get the body and lifestyle you want, try making small changes on a regular basis. Mini goals should be set daily and bigger goals should be more long term. They should be specific and easily attainable so as not to set yourself up for failure. Then just put yourself in the right frame of mind believing that you can achieve anything!
